30 Day Return/Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at our website.

Return Policy:
Any and all customers must contact Jesus Reigns USA within 30 days via email to be eligible for a return. The subject should state "Return Request". Briefly explain what you bought, proof of purchase, and why you need to return. To qualify for a return you must meet these three criteria:

1.) Item must be in original or similar packaging.
2.) Item must not be used. It must be in the same condition that you received it. (See ** below if it is damaged in shipping)
3.) You must have receipt or proof of purchase.

** If your item was damaged in shipping retain both the damaged packaging and product(s). Email us with photos of both. In such cases, we will get you a refund via an insurance claim **

Refund Policy:

Upon receiving products we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  A %20 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.   This rate is the industry standard.  You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on the specific policies of the payment method you used.
